I don't think a nearly complete overhaul of the coaching staff should be unexpected with a new HC and Ballard not having been a part of the current coaches hiring. No one is safe.
Sanjay Lal (WR) was hired two days before Ballard, six days after Grigson was axed... guessing that was a Ballard hire... It will be interesting to revisit this list at the start of next year.
