They are all toast. Maybe, the next coach gives McMahon a chance to stay on, but that's it.
I doubt very seriously they totally clean house. Where the hell would we find 20 coaches that are better than the 20 we have... I see your point, but I just dont think it's that realistic, and would probably harm the team from a continuity perspective. A lot of players would probably bolt also.
