If we are now out on AR I think the blame needs to be directed to Ballard/Steichen. They drafted him believing they could develop the young man. So if AR is done here the only reason he ended up here is our management drafted him because they believed in themselves as teachers of a hand picked young man. His failure is their failure.

I believe you meant Joe Flacco and not Matt Ryan. Ryan was released in March '23, so before we drafted AR. I actually think Ryan would have embraced the mentor role, although he definitely wasn't a good fit for Steichen's offense.

I believe the smoke that he wasn't preparing good enough. that shouldn't have been allowed. or the very least, if they knew he wasn't preparing good enough, he shouldn't have been on the field at all. I think that is the main issue with the colts so called plan to develop him

No doubt. This is a prime example of what a complete clusterfuck the FO and coaching staff made of AR's development.
