AR has been given many opportunities and he’s screwed up every single one. And if you believe the rumors about his work ethic, that’s even more smoke.

Add to that he’s apparently made of glass and can’t stay healthy for any period of time, and I think most of the blame should go to him.

I’m sure the team could have done things differently but the majority of the blame still has to go to AR.

I believe the smoke that he wasn't preparing good enough. that shouldn't have been allowed. or the very least, if they knew he wasn't preparing good enough, he shouldn't have been on the field at all. I think that is the main issue with the colts so called plan to develop him
