Add in that yesterday AR when asked if he was explained why he was losing his spot said "Nah not really, I just gotta get better", only for today Steichen to come out and say he AND Ballard had a 30-45 minute convo directly with AR about it...

Man if so, man just gut this entire structure- GUT IT. If Steichen is so bad at communicating critical team dynamics to our core guys, if he didn't even explain the evaluation to AR until a day after (radio guys are concluding he didn't initially explain it but then later sat him down- after AR's comments) man just can his ass right fucking now too.

How, how in the absolute fucking hell can this organization continue to step on their own dick over and over and over????

Can we please get some competent fucking professional football people in the building???

If he wants to know why he is benched just have him roll the tape of himself playing. He is a fucking horrible QB.
