That would entirely negate moving up to one in the first place, which was obviously to take a quarterback.

They’re trying to entice Houston to trade for the first pick. Nothing more.

Thing is, I think there is a real shot Richardson goes 1. Teams are a lot higher on him than the fans or press are. Fans and press are always slow to the party. Media wants to talk about the good college QB's because those are built in clicks and reads. And fans are just dumb and don't know anything usually.
