Irsay has stated both Reich and Ballard are safe (for now).

Irsay just wants to get a franchise QB. He made the decision to sacrifice this season to put Ballard in position to get the right QB, why would he fire his coach or GM for that?

I really only see a couple decent QB's in 2023 draft. Irsay hasn't sacrifice this season, he wants to win now. I still say if Sam isn't a savior for this team. Irsay could still send Frank and Ballard both off at end of season. |

Also, it's not as if the team ignored QB all these years. They probably did (about) the best they could given the limited options. |

Ballard deserves some criticism for gifting Matt Pryor the LT position. I don't think we can blame the long COVID/depression of Kelly on the coaching staff or GM. IMO replace him with Pinter and run out his contract. Q is the one they need to get right. Maybe he has long COVID too? The rest? Overblown non-issues.
