The other guy I don't know. But why would you give up a high to middle 3rd round for either of these guys?
If your scouts think Ball is an early 2nd round talent, why WOULDN'T you give up a 3rd round pick for him? Not saying that's how the Colts see him, but I've heard some scouts rate Ball that high.
