Mike Wells on DD show today says scuttlebutt in Colts complex is that Ballard will take Chubb at 6 if he's still there or plan B is to take Roquon Smith. Wells says this is also consistent with Polian's advice to Colts leadership.
That's where I am as well. Don't mess around with trading down when you can add one of those two.
