I could've watched the four worst games of his career, but that's unlikely, and he consistently displayed those traits in every game. The tape is why I'm so high on Chubb. No other defender in this class that I've seen to date has the ability to dominate and take over a game, where he does.
Just curious, have you seen ant tape on Landry from BC, he led the nation in sacks two years ago and Im surprised he is not higher on peoples draft boards.

If Harold Landry had the stats in 2017 that he had in 2016, he and Chubb would rival each other for the title of "top defensive player" picked in the 2018 draft.

However, Landry came back for the senior year but only played in 7 games due to a high ankle sprain which limited him in a couple of other games as well. His production was off so that is why many have him further down the draft boards.

The quote that most summarizes Landry is from the NFL.com draft profile:
Quote:
"He's just like (Vic) Beasley coming out with the way he comes off the snap. You remember how Beasley struggled early because he had to learn to be a pass rusher and not just a sprinter? I think Landry might be the same early on. When he puts it together, he'll do what Beasley did." -- NFC team pro personnel director
Beasley had 4.0 sacks and 26 tackles as a rookie in 2015.
He had 15.5 sacks and 39 tackles in his 2nd year in 2016.

I like him in the mid / late 1st round but not in the top 15.

Walk Worthy,

Walk Worthy,
Could be smoke, but apparently the Packers are very interested in Landry at 14.
