The one guy I really wanted was Norwell. But no one knows what the Colts offered him and maybe his priority was to play with a contender and if the money is close, he's choosing the contender.

Jags are pretty much in a win it all this year or next year mode. Based on this chart, they will be in salary cap hell next year.
