That's the enraging part. He had weeks to back out. Instead he balls out after telling the Colts what staff he wanted. It's such a chickenshit move

Didnt Belicheck do something similar back in the day to the Jets?

No one but the patriots will hire McDaniels now. Damn we dodged a bullet.

yes, Jets to Pats.

I think he may have even had his introductory press conference, but I am not sure.

Yes but what BB did was worse

He signed a contract, started the job for a day or two and then told them he was quiting, went to the Pats

The Pats actually had to give up a first round draft pick to the Jets in 2000 as compensation for that move, plus I think one or two later round picks in 2001/2002......I forget the details, read it last night.

Don't forget Bill O'Brien fucked around before he took the Houston job, his agent dropped his ass too.

It's the Patriots guys, can't be too surprised here...

Also I am 99% positive Matt Patricia is going to be a total failure in Detroit.

That defense was not even good this year, even before the SB.

Totally propped up by BB and that team to support him.

Biggest thing about the SB game was not just the Eagles scoring so much, the Pats could not get a 3rd down stop all game.

I read patricia was very football smart but nice to a fault. He may not have the make up to be the head guy if he is too nice, but time will tell.

WHAT!?!?! The Cheats forced 1 punt! That was a stop!

Seriously, PHI was only 10 / 16 on 3rd downs (62%).

However, PHI was 2 / 2 on 4th down bringing that success rate up to 12 / 16 or 75%.

And, they were able to kick FG on another 3 4th downs after failed 3rd downs bringing the success rate up to 15 / 16 or 94%.

So, yeah, the Cheats defense was only able to force an ultimately successful outcome (punt or turnover) from 1 failed 3rd down play. That is pretty shitty defense.

Good luck, Lions. You might need it.

Walk Worthy,

I wonder how much benching their #2 corner had to do with that. The Pats play a lot of dime.

Totally agree. Chickenshit move by chickenshit people that reside in NE. It's no wonder that the Pats are the most hated team in the NFL. I fucking despise Kraft, BB, Mcfuck, and Brady. I will forever love the Giants for fucking up their perfect season. I will also say that I still believe Montana is the GOAT, not that pussy Brady. Montana 4-0 and Brady 5-3 in Super Bowls. If not for brain farts by the Falcons and Seahawks, Brady would be 3-5. Damn, I hate all things NE.
