I like Shane's sideline demeanor and have appreciated the sense of urgency he appears to carry himself with on gameday.

Alternatively, I don't think he's particularly inspirational to young men nor is he a schematic genius.

The colts have done a decent job of bringing nice kids into the program but I think it's time they get a coach that knows how to win and has proven that.
