This is something that I've been dancing/insinuating around but, you sir are correct. The reason that I believe that you're on the right track though is his total botching of the Jonathan Taylor situation last season.

Irsay can't fire himself, but can't the Irsay daughters all take control of the team, since they are listed as co owners?
