As bad and frustrating as this team is at times, you see glimpses now and then that leads you to believe there is hope! I think Steichen is a big part of the problem!

I'm seeing a future for this guy. He does need to work on his touch, but if he can stay healthy, he should begin to grow into the position.

That conversion was just a few inches away from being good.
If that's a timing issue, if only the Colts could have had a couple of extra games for Richardson to play to work thru these issues.
