There is not a single person within this whole organization that doesn't hold blame for this one. About as incompetent from top to bottom that an NFL organization could possibly be.
There are a lot of people that either shouldn't be playing or shouldn't be coaching on this current version of the franchise. I contend Irsay is out of the discussion for various reasons, including I don't think he's even part of it anymore. The rot starts at the top with Ballard. Until that fucking POS is gone, this franchise is not going to achieve anything.
