The announcer is dead-wrong ....... you don't just keep it on the ground on 3rd-and-16 to make the Steelers use their final time-out ....... they only need a field goal to tie the game, and even with no time-outs, 2-plus minutes is an eternity in this game.

The Colts did the right thing by trying to pass for the 1st-down.

The clock is our friend, a running play even if they don't take the TO, chews up another ~37 seconds they can't use. Terrible play call.
