Unless you fire Ballard nothing is going to change. No coach will do well with the constant QB rotation and lack of urgency in roster building. Completely untrue. His coaching has regressed into a level that's hard to comprehend. This is about the only drive where he hasn't run up the gut two times in a row.

Yeah the previous complaints was that he was pass happy, now it’s that he’s run happy. It used to be that he gambled so much and now it’s that he’s to conservative. It used to be that he ran all kinds of “gadget” plays and now that he’s to vanilla.

Here is the reality - if team does well, Ballard is a genius. If they struggle, it’s on Frank. Try to run behind your supposed HOF guard and highly paid C and you are an idiot. Don’t try and you are an idiot.

You can’t run an offense of any fucking type with the OL playing this shitty. Especially with a QB making his 2nd start, backup RBs, and TEs that don’t catch. Not sure why that’s so hard to understand

It's more that you're an idiot when you try it 10-12 times in a game and the play result is exactly the same. A 1-2 yard gain.

At some point you have to try something different.
