Unless you fire Ballard nothing is going to change. No coach will do well with the constant QB rotation and lack of urgency in roster building. Everyone is on Frank, but Colts have had decent offenses considering the QB and WR situation Ballard has handed him - until this year where LT and RG got the Ballard treatment. Fire Frank, that’s fine. But if you bring back Ballard nothing will change.
