Ballard loves him some measurables. Not to the point Jax did with picking Walker #1 overall, based solely on measurables.

But, my god, a player has to meet at least a minimum threshold as an athelete and Bell does not do that in any of the testing.

Bell should not be drafted before the 4th round at the earliest.
