So the jags were doing a lot of defensive holding. It was preventing the oline from picking up the delayed blitzes. On the big third down conversion of Wentz to Pittman, which was pretty clutch. The dline man grabbed Nelson’s outside shoulder then turned him so his back was turned towards the blitzer. He then holds it so Nelson can’t break off and pick up the blitzer. That’s why the blitzers had such open lanes.

It felt like the officials made a concerted effort to keep the game close.
