If Ballard was as much of a smartass as Grigson, he would be getting brutally trashed by the media about right now!

They are. Mainly of the misses of his drafts especially passrush and his stubbornness in refusing to sign a free agent to help. How it’s holding back the teams. What I’ve been saying for over a year now.
