They had 2 chances to get 1 yard right there. A Brissett sneak probably gets it on the 1st try on 3rd down, and definitely gets it on the 2nd try on 4th down.

By handing the ball off, they gave the defense a chance to penetrate and throw the runner for a loss, which is what they did.

I'm puzzled. You either QB sneak for the 1 yard or if you give it to Taylor don't have him go to the same area that the sneak would be. A toss and an outside run would have been preferable.
