IMO, locks to make the roster at CB are: Moore, Ya Sin, Tell and Rhodes. The 5th spot is currently Wilson's so any high draft pick might just be a swap for Wilson.

Now, I don't mind Wilson getting replaced bur I think there are higher priorities on the 2020 roster like developmental QB, stud TE, stud NT or another DE prospect..as I listed.

But if Ballard picked CB in 2nd or 3rd, I would not be upset.
