I was listening to Venturi's analysis on JMV's show today. He claims that he's been saying since training camp that YaSin has horrible technique at the line that results in him being "handsy" and subject to penalty every time. He said it has something to do with where his hands are at the time of the snap that puts him at a deficit at the start of the play and as a result he has to grab the receiver to close the gap. He thinks this is something that should be coachable but sees no evidence that YaSin is making the adjustment in technique he needs to make. I'm sure there's more than enough tape on this at this point that coaches are going to see it and exploit it if he doesn't get his shit together and make an adjustment.

. . . . Ya-Sin admitted yesterday he got sloppy at the tops of routes & lost leverage near the LOS. Made up for it by grabbing at the WRs and once the officials noticed first one, they kept looking for it.
