A contingent of the city of Los Angeles made it clear that they didn't want the Chargers when the move was announced 3 years ago.

They probably ought to move back to San Diego, where they were much more wanted ........ that's what happened in between the 1960 and 1961 seasons, when they first started out in the AFL.
