I don't think it's possible to definitively say that Brissett is a better QB than Kelly. The moves they have made now pretty much guarantee they're all-in with Jacoby.

Some people don't think it be like it is, but it do. Seriously the Colts have nothing to gain by cutting him before he is reinstated since he is not counting against the roster.
