That's the link to Indy's former Green Beret admin. I'm not a big fan of throwing around the word paradigm, but it really applies here. The worst thing that happens to any entity, is institutional thinking. This is how we have always done it, so why change. You can see it in politics, education, business (wall st(), coaching in particular.
