Ian Rap thinks Frank is safe
|
Irsay has stated both Reich and Ballard are safe (for now).

Irsay just wants to get a franchise QB. He made the decision to sacrifice this season to put Ballard in position to get the right QB, why would he fire his coach or GM for that?

constantly underperforming? getting blanked by jacksonville? the oline performance? |

I really only see a couple decent QB's in 2023 draft. Irsay hasn't sacrifice this season, he wants to win now. I still say if Sam isn't a savior for this team. Irsay could still send Frank and Ballard both off at end of season. |

Also, it's not as if the team ignored QB all these years. They probably did (about) the best they could given the limited options. |

Hopefully just the dreaded vote of confidence for those two numb nuts

That's what I'm asking, how long do they need to find that QB? The band-aid approach isn't working. Instead of taking the for sure Buckner trade, when we needed a QB. Why didn't Ballard make a deal to move up in the draft for QB? Teams are winning with mediocre QB's but as a whole team rebuild others been better than us. We have one of the highest paid OL in league and they are horrible. Ballard is putting too much money in the wrong positions. $20 million in a G when we haven't filled a LT after Castanzo. No way do I want Ballard picking our next young QB or coach. I do not trust him. |

If this trash ass worthless OL coach is keeping his job, isn't every job safe?

Though since the OL coach has kept his job, I'm just way more perplexed. |
