Kirk Cousins out for the season with an achilles tear, would they be interested in Minshew, what could we get for him?

I agree about Leonard but think it had to play out this way. He was owed a chance to play for what he has meant to this team. Be nice if he recognized he was done but there is so much money involved that even if he did he wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m hoping the Colts and he can come to some agreement about buying him out and letting him retire gracefully.

The Tony Brown situation is a bit of a conundrum. Tony Brown is not a good football player and should never take the field. Every time Tony Brown takes the field the colts chance of winning drops precipitously. Every time Tony Brown takes the field the coaches send the message that bad play has no consequences and if you are a backup you will never be more than a backup. Is this acceptable?Well that depends on what's most important to you. One might conclude that the playoffs are a pipe dream and team morale is an acceptable casualty in the pursuit of a higher draft pick by tanking. Letting Tony Brown play is an excellent step towards tanking. On the other hand if you are an adherent of the losing breeds losing philosophy and that bad play should never be rewarded under any circumstances you don't hesitate to shitcan Tony Brown by benching him if not cutting him. I'm so damn frustrated with this team right now that I can't decide what is the best approach. I'd love to know how Irsay and Co. feel about the situation. At least I don't have to wait for more than 7 days to find out.

I think he is the Donnie Walsh of the NFL and will never build a championship calibre team here!

Tony Brown is a special teams player. He would not be playing defensive snaps if it were not for Isaiah Rodgers being a moron, Flowers and Brents getting hurt, and Baker playing like ass last week.

A season that showed early signs of hope has quickly gone off the rails

Steichen does a lot of good things but at times he turns into Frank Reich

Same with Minshew he goes from Phillip rivers to Matt Ryan

That turnover was huge… unnecessary…. And Carson Wentz dumb

We miss Grover. Don’t have anyone that can play the run like him. It all started there and was a chain reaction. Saints oline was pushing them around. Safeties come down. They throw over the top. And they’re decimated at corner. You can’t expect your 5th 6th corner to hold up.

But this was never a playoff year, it’s a rebuilding year. I think everyone got excited after a few wins, and they are competitive if compleatly healthy. But they aren’t right now.
