There's about a 6% chance that the clock management failure by the Patriots on the final drive of the first half will wind up being the turning point of this game.

Granted that it's not going to matter, but that was bad clock management by Brady right there ........ he should have taken the sack in 3rd down instead of throwing the ball away, which would have run 35 more seconds off of the clock. Either way, it would have been a chip-shot field goal attempt by Gostkowski.


That was a mistake that Eli Manning made 3 years ago against the Cowboys on Opening Day, which wound up costing his team the game.
