That bullshit Head Targeted hit on a defenseless Player was possibly the grossest thing I have seen. He had called a fair catch and the defender was clearly trying to avoid him and he made an intentional blow to his head. If the league gives a shit about concussions he should have been ejected and now should face a suspension.
