I watched UCF all season (it's where I work) and while he stepped it up in the bowl game (just like you'd expect a senior to do), he's played like that all year. He's in on virtually every play, either disrupting things in the backfield, or making/assisting the tackle downfield.

So then, I assume it has to be a great combination of instincts/reading his keys and speed.

That's my take. He's a smart football player, good instinct and can read plays as they develop. It's one reason why I think he might actual work at MIKE, even though he's physically suited for OLB.
