I thought Peyt & Eli were fun, interesting and informative!
They started off kinda rough and there were some production kinks, but they got better as the show went on.
I really enjoyed their guests, QB perspective and personalities... (I may be slightly biased). 💙

(Chiefs vs. Giants, 11/01)

Eli looked speechless when Peyton was commenting that Patrick Mahomes did the right thing very late in the 4th quarter by taking a sack to stay in-bounds, instead of throwing the ball away (which would have stopped the clock, and saved the Giants a good 35 seconds.) I suspect that the reason why Elis was so blank-faced and at a loss for words was because he did the complete opposite as a player, and it was a very memorable gaffe for the Giants and their fans. Against the Cowboys on Opening Day in September of 2015, Eli was essentially in the same situation. It was 3rd down, and the Giants were in chip-shot field goal range. Staying in bounds was much more important than avoiding the sack, because the yardage meant almost nothing (again, because the Giants were in chip-shot field goal range.) Instead, Eli threw the ball away to avoid the sack ....... but much more importantly, it stopped the clock to give the Cowboys desperately needed extra time to come back to score a touchdown, and win the game.

The Giants had had a 3-point lead at the time of Eli's blunder. There was 1:43 left on the clock, and the Cowboys had no timeouts left. If Eli had simply taken the sack and stayed in bounds, their kicker still would have had a chip-shot field goal attempt. Instead, Eli saved the Cowboys a good 35 to 40 seconds by throwing the ball away for an incomplete pass. So instead of having a little less than a minute to drive the length of the field for the touchdown that they needed, the Cowboys had 1:37 to do so ...... and they promptly took advantage of Eli's blunder.
