However its still a team game, and had Garcon not dropped that huge 3rd down pass in the second quarter or had we been more onto it with the onside kick, or if we adjusted our game plan and played some defense in the second half the game would have been entirely different. I refuse to say Manning lost this game for us.
He did though. Just like Favre lost the game for the Vikings. Yes, there were fumbles earlier, but with the ball in his hands, driving downfield to get the team back in the game, he, and now Peyton, choked. THat play was the play that lost the game. Even if you recovered the onside kick, you could've lost. Not recovering it, you still could've won. Same with the Garcon drop. But after that interception, there was no potential for a win in the game. That was the play that ended it, the play that lost the game, which was Peyton's play. He lost the game.

Omaha.... I know you're joking half the time, and I'm not going to argue against the pick, that was pathetic.

But Marv had some horrible playoff games later in his career. Especially the San Diego fumble. That was just as bad......

and that pick closed the deal, but the whole ****ing 2nd quarter up until the final whistle we got outplayed and outcoached....and we were still up by a point to begin the 4th quarter! We lost...whatever.

The whole ****ing team was horrible today from the 2nd quarter going forward. The coaches were horrible. Even the trainers and the cheerleaders were horrible. Bob Sanders was pathetic standing on the sidelines.

That is my point.

Actually there was potential for a win, go down field and score quickly. Recover the onside kick and score again to tie it up. Win in OT !!

I know its far fetched, but if any game could pull that off its the Colts !! Just look at the come backs we have pulled off over the years.

Anyway yeah, I do hate to admit it but that pass did ultimately lose us the game.

I've heard some post game commentary. They said the trainers and the cheerleaders were actually pretty good tonight.

Yep, I am done as well. I am sick of the New Orleans slobberfest. NOLA isn't the only city in America that has had natural disasters strike.
