He is a 1st ballot HOFer for sure but the GOAT does not throw a game clinching pick six in the Superbowl.
Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, and Troy Aikman never threw a pick six to lose a SB. Hell, those guys never lost in a SB.

First, Terry Bradshaw sucks.
Second, Manning might be the greatest offensive innovator/mind to play the game. And his career is not over. But as of now, yeah, you can't ignore the postseason resume, which isn't exactly glowing. Of course, the coaches could have helped him out tonight with a gameplan. Or something.

Potential game tieing drive, throws INT to put Saints up two TDs to seal the game. Thats a **** stain on your legacy that will never go away on the biggest stage, but still Manning carried this team all year, we cant forget that. We wouldnt be where we are without him, but the GOAT? unlikely.

I don't know, our offense was pretty rubbish apart form the first quarter. But really apart from the pick 6 Peyton had a pretty decent game, a few drops really hurt, especially the Garcon drop. That was a huge game shifting drop that changed everything.
Putting up 17 points is not good enough, there offense put up 24 thanks to one of the worst game plans I have seen on the defensive side of the football, I dont want to get into this right now. Right now Im fuming that we lost this game of football, and I dont want to see the most retarded phrase around "WHO DAT" ever again. I was ready to knock anyone out in the bar I watched it in if they said it to me.

Manning could very well end up the GOAT if he wins another SB but right now he absolutely is not.
That pick six will stick in the media's mind forever.

I think we put to much on Peytons shoulders. Our defense hasn't been good since he was drafted, I mean we've been decent but never good. We never signed a probowl reciever for him, and we expect him to carry us every Sunday. Change starts at the top and I believe Polian, Irsay, and Caldwell are all complacent when it comes to Peyton. He made a bad throw but he played well tonight. But everyone expects the world from Peyton so if we don't win its all on his shoulders, while management walks out looking clean. Things will never change in Indy if this doesn't change.
