Default Week 9 Injury Reports

Will add more notes later, but Reich announced that Taylor will miss today's practice via his press conference this morning.

The Colts also welcomed back RB Jordan Wilkins to the team's practice squad after his tour of the AFC South (Jags, Titans).

Colts RB Jonathan Taylor will not practice today after tweaking the same ankle that held him out of 2 games earlier this season. Reich said team will weigh his progress as the week progresses.

The Colts signed RB Jordan Wilkins to the PS as well.

I had almost forgot about Wilkins...guy showed a lot of promise at one time! The Colts must really hate Marlon Mack, they could have got him back from the 49ers but now the Broncos have him and it looks like they plan to use him next week!

Yeah, Keefer left the other practice squad RB's off of his list.

Phillip Lindsay and D'vonte Price are both still on the Colts practice squad.

I worry that Taylor's ankle will keep getting fucked up on gamedays. Maybe should've bitten the bullet and just sat longer.

We're in disarray nowadays and basically tanking, so just sit him now until he's healthy. Doesn't matter much anyway. The worst thing they can do is keep playing him and making it worse and hurt his trade value.

This.

They’re not winning either of the next 2 games with a healthy Taylor, so they’re staring down the barrel of 3-6-1 and completely finished anyway.

Just get him healthy.

Well said. We're going to get skull fucked up the ass the next couple of weeks either way. Why make things worse by further injuring JT? Plus Jackson has played pretty well in his place.

Yeah we are reaching evaluation time. JT is a known commodity, barring some Hershel Walker type trade, that dude is a lock for the roster next year. Time to see who should be retained at a LOT of positions both starter and backup.

If we get rocked this weekend, which you can't help but to expect, we could very easily be tracking toward a top 3-4 pick next year. If so, I say you get Hooker.
