Yep. Forget about McDaniels. Not thrilled about Vrabrl being the guy. Oh well.

I wonder if this gets Toub an interview. I would have liked Shurmer, Reich, and DeFilippo to have been interviewed already as well. The longer the Colts wait, the harder time they'll have of getting quality assistants.

Dude, I am not crying over spilled milk. I am rejoicing over it. It should have been spilled a long time ago, if you ask me. Heck, I would have spilled it myself if I had the ability to do so. YOU are the only one crying over it.

FWIW, Michael Lombardi has this to say:

Quote:
.@mlombardiNFL on @Midday180: Appears the McDaniels ship has sailed to #Colts. Ballard and McDaniels both repped by Bob Lamonte. Too far down along the line. #Titans
I don't place much stock in what he says. If anything, McDaniels has a firm number to tell Tennessee "I need five year, $xMM, and roster control over the offense."

Vrabels body of work alone should nullify his chances.

Mike Lombardi is a Patriots honk and is tight with Belichick (and I’m assuming McDaniels).

Meaning he definitely has sources, but let’s just hope he’s not being used strategically to try to help McDaniels leverage the Titans.

Edit: And is there anything to indicate that Jon Robinson is in any huge hurry to hand over full control to anyone?

Looks like you’re prematurely ejaculating:

@JasonLaCanfora
As much as Titans covet Josh McDaniels, there's little to no shot of landing him this late in the game. The Colts remain heavy favorites

I don't care. I'm not the one who keeps bringing him or this topic up.
