Despite what others may think Ballard and Steichen are the right men for their jobs.
JT strikes me as a very emotional person the highs are over the top and the lows are ugly. |

In Steichen, Ballard seems to have found a partner that believes in his philosophy, get athletes and develop them. I give them a ton of credit for not only getting AR (he is the real deal in large part because of Steichen’s ability to lead and develop and the young man’s mental as well as physical make up-barring injuries they hit it out of the park) but standing pat at 4 and getting him. We finally have a coach who asks players to do things they do best, he bends his game plan to reflect his players better attributes and doesn’t make them do a preconceived notion of how he likes a team to play (other than single minded and hard). Kinda early to say this but damn it sure looks great so far.
