Our payment processing system is down due to upgrading the software. We have many reports from our customers having billing issues. With the feedback we have been receiving lately, we wanted to upgrade our system to eliminate these issues for our customers.

Hey Puck. Mine expired. Tried calling Ashley at the 260-633-6420 number to give my payment info again, but it said not available. Has the number changed?

Depends what time you called her. Leave a message. She may be on other calls.

Am I correct in reading somewhere on here that we can use the app both on our TV with a Firestick and on a laptop or an iPhone? I have two slots for my firesticks at home, but I would love it if someone could point me in the direction of the instructions to get it on my laptop.

Keep in mind that I am both a Boomer and very dumb.

I currently have the service working on my Macbook, my iPad, my iPhone, and my TV using a Fire Stick 4K....if you have any problem getting it set up send me a private message I'm willing to try to help if I can. I don't have a windows laptop so I have never set one of those up, I assume the Windows Smarters IPTV app would work?
