Skai is also decent in coverage and on special teams.

All three players that opted out last season plan to return this year.

I think Milligan mostly played at Safety but there were a number of injuries in the secondary in 2019 so he might have snuck a few snaps in at CB. Especially when Kenny Moore was injured and not playing - I know that the Colts were trying a lot of different looks at that time trying to figure out the best combination.
