Also learned today that 2020 opt-out Rolan Milligan intends to return this season.

Milligan, a versatile DB, played in 11 games for the Colts in 2019.

I think Milligan mostly played at Safety but there were a number of injuries in the secondary in 2019 so he might have snuck a few snaps in at CB. Especially when Kenny Moore was injured and not playing - I know that the Colts were trying a lot of different looks at that time trying to figure out the best combination.
