Arch Manning ......a Colts Rookie QB in 2027 ???

Cooper Manning, brother of our beloved Peyton, was the only one of daddy Archie's son's who didn't play pro football because of spinal stenosis. His son Arch (nephew of Peyton and Eli) just committed to play college football for the University of Texas Longhorns in 2023. I'm confused about his height after looking at this pic. Peyton is 6'5" official, cooper is 6'4", which matches their relative heights in this pic. Arch looks 6'2" at most, but he's listed at 6'4"

I guess my biggest problem with Arch as a Colt, is that if we don't have our long term answer at QB before he is drafted, should Ballard even be here?
