TY is likely going to retire next year. Maybe they can get another year out of him. They need to invest in another wideout. Can't count on Cambell, and you can't have just Pittman and a bunch of dudes. If Pittman goes down we are truly screwed.

As a fan it is irritating that Paris cannot stay healthy, it must be devastating for this young man. My heart goes out to him. I'm hopeful that this is just a run of bad luck (he wasn't injury prone in college) and he can have a successful career. I agree with everyone, however, who states that the team needs to go forward as if he will not available, hoping that this is wrong

Wednesday update:

Quote:
LG Quenton Nelson, DE Dayo Odeyingbo and WR Dezmon Patmon will return to practice this week.

Quote:
WR T.Y. Hilton will not practice today, RT Braden Smith will not either.

Colts aren't ruling out either of them yet, but they won't go today.

Quote:
Reich on Smith's injury and not placing him on IR: Says 9 out of 10 times, doctors give the estimate and it ends up on the shorter end, but this is the one time it's on the longer side.

Colts can't put him on IR now because they're still thinking the injury will turn.

Worth noting: If Quenton Nelson is back Sunday night — I bet he plays — the team still wants to get Chris Reed on the field. Mark Glowinski will start at right guard, but look for Reed to get some snaps behind him. Reed's been terrific in Nelson's stead.

Would love to see Reed replace Glo at guard when Nelson returns. We need our best five out there

Glowinski has been fine the last few weeks. The entire line has been good other than Fisher, since Pryor has cemented the RT spot.

What might be interesting is if Fisher still struggles and Braden Smith returns, whether they try moving Smith to LT, and keeping Pryor at RT.

Reed will give rest to the others as needed, maybe even in the jumbo package as an extra OL.

Where does this leave Pinter? Is he strictly a Center now or is he a disappointing draft pick?

Why in the hell would you replace Glow? He has played well.... VERY well..... Ya'll need to watch the line more

Glow has had a backup RT next to him all season and done very well

I like Reed love him on the team. e is great depth! Something we need at other positions

Reed is one that Ballard hit on for depth
