Default Paye Injured

Zak Keefer @zkeefer

Colts first-round pick Kwity Paye is down on the field with what looks like a leg/foot injury. Darius Leonard picked off Sam Ehlinger on the play.

Paye was able to walk off the field without a noticeable limp. Now with the trainers.

One piece of good news this week was that Kwity Paye returned to practice yesterday.

He seems to be feasting on the make-shift OL today:

Kwity Paye has at least three sacks in today’s practice.

A little farther down in those tweets was that Fischer was doing very well and could be back sooner than expected. Can't be soon enough.

I see some on twitter saying he is going up against week side of o line.... WTF.... He is getting it done... Good to hear!!! Better than not doing anything against that weak side.. I hate reading Twitter sometimes lol. Bunch of casual idiots that comment on everything and do not have a fucking clue.

Colts C Ryan Kelly is not practicing . . . with the team . . . today, but he was . . . practicing his snaps and hitting the sled.

He was snapping to . . . Eric Fisher, by the way.

Looks like Fisher will be the week 1 QB, taking snaps with the first team Center
