Default NFL Disaster Match-up on Thursday Night Football ...... Panthers vs. Bears

o

The 1-7 Panthers vs. the 2-7 Bears ...... that's about as bad as it gets for the NFL.

Why would they schedule this game on the nationally-televised TNF ??? The only thing that I can think of is that the Panthers went 7-10 last year with l Baker Mayfield l and l Sam Darnold l splitting the quarterback duties ...... perhaps they thought that with the overall #1 draft pick from 2023 l (Bryce Young) l taking the snaps behind the center for them, it would be a chance for him to showcase his rookie skills against an awful Bears team, who went 3-14 last year.

The Bears got not one, but TWO nationally-televised night games after going 3-14 last year ???

Last night, they beat the Vikings on Monday Night Football for their 4th win of this season.
