Do Pro Bowl punters come from teams with horrible records more often than not? And if so, is it because they get to showcase their kicking much more often?

Pittman Jr. and Downs came into the game separated by one reception this year. ATM, Downs has 8 and Pitt has 5. Think they may have a small side bet on who ends the season with more?

Or is that presuming the locker room atmosphere isn't toxic.
