Steichen got worse this year.

I don't believe at this point he has the ability to establish/build a culture. He is not personable nor impressive in the way a guy like Dungy was. Pagano was personable, you knew the players liked him.

Steichen looks like an asshole and assholes are only okay when you're winning. I appreciate his sense of urgency after watching Reich's helpless facial expressions but I do not think it resonates with the players.

If Steichen isn't a schematic genius, which he does not appear to be, I'm not sure what the plan is here.

At times I've been an apologist for the defense this year. Games where turnovers put them in a bad spot, or failure to sustain drives on offense kept putting them back on the field until they were gassed.

But today, 45 points to that shit team, nah. That was just bad.

Steichen looks like a homeless guy you find on the street. No motivation and horrible "in game" decisions. With our newish QB playing a lot more this season we are finishing with a worse record. I'll give him (AR) one more year but he will have to show he can actually throw the ball. Flacco got 300+ yards today. It felt strange seeing all those passing yards like a real NFL team is supposed to get.
I would keep Gus Bradley until the plane lands in Indianapolis tonight, then can him. The Giants averaged 14 points a game until they found Bradley's defense.

1) don't want to see a guy like flacco on the roster for 3 years


2) everyone needs fired. coaches and front office. most of the players. there are a few players that can be kept but fuck most of them

3) JT is a great player but very stupid. he is a smart guy but a dumb football player. constantly does dumb shit.

4) Franklin should never put on the uniform again. I haven't disliked a player this much for a long time. you are a "savage" that lead the defense to have the most embarrassing game in years. fuck you. get off this team. dude will be out of the league in 2 years.

5) speed and blackmon need to go. taven Bryan needs to go. most everyone on the defense needs replaced

6) this team doesn't care. they play like they don't care. they podcast like they don't care. the locker room needs a complete overhaul. these captains are garbage. no way they earned that title.

7) I hate this team. the constant history making in the wrong way. making backups look like legends. happens every week. this team is embarrassing and they trot out there the next week and do the same shit. i fucking hate them. redo it all


8) blackmon was so fucking bad. how is he even playing at this point? how? someone please explain it to me because I don't fucking understand.

9) I like pierce. I don't really want to be a positive dude today but fuck that kid is one that gives effort every single play. that is your fucking captain.

10) can't just fire gus and roll. can't do it. can't scapegoat him. this is Ballards ingredients and Steichen cooking. these guys are a weekly embarrassment. it all has to go. all of it.

11) I hate this team. have to reiterate that. hate them. I want them to win but get satisfaction that the media talks about how terrible they are and embarrassing. they deserve it. fuck them. fuck Zaire "savage" Franklin.

12) absolutely have to have vets from teams like the chiefs, Ravens or niners come on board and not put up with the shit this team tries to pass off as leadership. create winning expectations

Couldn’t agree more… not to mention the in season suspension of your franchise QB for actions that you clearly knew were going on and then you decided to run his nose in it.

This team needs someone to come in and demand respect and hold guys accountable.. Mr. Never call a timeout, constantly spitting on the sidelines, tries to get cute way too much, tries to get guys TDs like it’s little league instead of feeding your best players.
