I do think he's likely to be irate over being tagged, I also don't think it's likely that Ballard will pay the bounty in draft picks the Cowboys would be demanding. |

Miami has some cap issues, but I'm sure there are ways they could make some room. Regardless, Flowers will be in high demand, likely taking his price range outside Ballard's comfort zone.
