Irsay did keep saying in a round about way that Luck could be back. Remember he had these thoughts when he was in Europe with the shoulder injury too. If he gets it figured out he may want to come back. This leaves the door open to him in a way. Never know

Unless they waive him, then when he retired, they hold his rights indefinitely. If he comes back, he'll be under contract with the Colts unless they decide to let him out of it to go elsewhere.
