Let the rebuild begin !! Ellinger starts and either has what it takes or he doesn't, if he doesn't you start evaluating the QB's in this years draft and hopefully the Colt's do what is necessary to get the one they like. In the meantime maybe they make a deal or two for an OL or DT !! Going to be a fun final 10 games, looking at the rest of the schedule I don't see many wins.

And I don’t want Reich or Ballard around for a rebuild. Reich is probably gone & Ballard should be canned as well.

Apparently Reich said they were going to Ehlinger anyway even if Ryan weren’t hurt. That seems weird to me. Why say that?

Saying that was completely unnecessary. Now it’s gonna be hard to go back to Ryan if they need to. Which they will because Ehlinger blows.

Just say Sam is starting because Ryan is hurt.
I figured they would use a thumb excuse. Huh!

100%!

No matter who the next QB is, Reich cannot be allowed to pollute them with whatever chaos he foments in these guys. Dude is in NO way some form of QB whisperer, he is just a whisperer and his voice needs to be completely lost!

Ballard is as much or more to blame than Reich. Going into the season with Pryor and Pinter as starters should get him fired on principle alone.

100% which reinforces my view that the two are WAAAAAYYYY to comfortable patting each other on the back for being great at what they do. Frank got to see all these dudes in camp and to NOT go to Ballard with a WTF, no, this isn't happening, these guys are awful, well then there simply must be a bunch of back scratching bullshit going on!

Definitely no QB whisperer lol.

Reich was part of a season where a QB duo caught fire with a team that got hot and won a SB.

Maybe he is a decent position coach like Pagano but just like Pagano has no business being a head coach.

Lol. Who the hell else did he have? Raimann wasn’t ready. Dennis Kelly was hurt. French and Fries sucked. There literally WAS no one else.

They should have kept either Glo or Reed. Letting them both walk was ridiculous.
