In Wentz’s case I’m not sure there is a difference. He’s simply not a “winner” and that is something that is hard to tangibly identify. He can’t be counted on to carry the team although that seems to be his mentality. Because of that mentality you also can’t count on him to just “manage” the game. Call it personality, mentality, coachability, whatever - he’s less than his physical traits suggest he should be. I think the Colts can get a “lesser” QB and still improve the QB play.
